Physical Therapy Organized Around Function, Not Diagnoses

Grace & Pace provides individualized physical therapy across a spectrum of function — from persistent pain and complex presentations to strength, neurologic mobility, and daily life at home.

What Function Can Mean

Function is the thread through every service.

Walking safely through your home
Getting up from the floor
Working without a recurring flare
Lifting a barbell
Climbing
Rolling on the mat
Keeping up with your kids
Returning to recreation
Maintaining independence
Trusting your body enough to participate again
Delivery Model

Concierge physical therapy

Grace & Pace brings one-on-one physical therapy into the environments where people actually live, work, move, and train. Visits may occur in your home, home gym, workplace, training space, or another appropriate approved location.

Rebecca provides individualized care without simultaneously treating multiple patients. Private-pay care allows visit structure and clinical decisions to be based on your goals and needs rather than insurance visit limits or productivity-driven clinic schedules.

Concierge is a delivery model, not a clinical specialty — and it isn't a substitute for insurance-based care when that is the better fit. In shared or public spaces, privacy cannot be guaranteed.

How care is delivered

Home

Care in the space you live in.

Home gym

Use the equipment you already own.

Approved gym or host location

When facility access is permitted.

Workplace

Setup, movement, and ergonomics.

Military base

When access requirements are met.

Training space

Practice in the environment you train in.

Clinical Approach

One plan, many tools.

These aren't separate products to choose between. Rebecca uses whatever combination fits your goals and how your body is responding. Manual therapy is one tool within care, not the defining treatment.
