Physical Therapy Organized Around Function, Not Diagnoses
Grace & Pace provides individualized physical therapy across a spectrum of function — from persistent pain and complex presentations to strength, neurologic mobility, and daily life at home.
Four areas of care.
You don't need to know which category you belong in. Bodies rarely fit neatly into boxes. We'll figure that out together.
Pain, Mobility & Complex Bodies
Persistent pain, hypermobility, flare-ups, and symptoms that don't fit in one box.
Strength, Performance & Return to Activity
Lifting, climbing, BJJ, tactical readiness, demanding work, and getting back to training.
Neurologic & Functional Mobility
Neurologic conditions, spinal cord injury, balance and gait, and functional independence.
Everyday Function & Your Environment
Stairs, floor transfers, aging in place, home setup, and the routines of daily life.
Function is the thread through every service.
Concierge physical therapy
Grace & Pace brings one-on-one physical therapy into the environments where people actually live, work, move, and train. Visits may occur in your home, home gym, workplace, training space, or another appropriate approved location.
Rebecca provides individualized care without simultaneously treating multiple patients. Private-pay care allows visit structure and clinical decisions to be based on your goals and needs rather than insurance visit limits or productivity-driven clinic schedules.
Concierge is a delivery model, not a clinical specialty — and it isn't a substitute for insurance-based care when that is the better fit. In shared or public spaces, privacy cannot be guaranteed.

One plan, many tools.
These aren't separate products to choose between. Rebecca uses whatever combination fits your goals and how your body is responding. Manual therapy is one tool within care, not the defining treatment.
Focused, standalone consults.
