Transparent, Simple Pricing
Private-pay physical therapy with clear visit fees and no required packages. Know what your care costs before you book.
Most people start with an Initial Evaluation & Care Plan. Follow-up visits are scheduled as needed. Extended visits are available when more time is clinically useful.
Initial Evaluation & Care Plan
90 minutes
A comprehensive one-on-one evaluation to understand your history, current concerns, movement, function, environment, and goals. Your visit includes assessment, education, initial treatment when appropriate, and a practical plan for what comes next.
Follow-Up Visit
60 minutes
One-on-one physical therapy based on what you need that day. Visits may combine treatment, movement, strength or mobility work, education, symptom-management strategies, and progression toward your goals.
Extended Visit
90 minutes
Additional time when complexity, multiple goals, caregiver training, environmental assessment, or a longer treatment and training session makes it useful.
Need something different?
Some goals don't fit neatly into a standard visit. Extended care plans, intensives, workplace services, home-gym consultations, caregiver training, and other project-based services may be available based on scope and location.

Private-pay care
How payment works
Grace & Pace Physio is a private-pay physical therapy practice. Payment is due at the time of service.
Private-pay care allows visits to be structured around your goals and clinical needs rather than insurance visit limits or high-volume clinic scheduling.
Grace & Pace does not bill commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or TRICARE.
Travel / service area
Pricing shown applies to standard visits within the primary service area. Travel or location-specific fees, when applicable, will always be discussed before booking.
Medicare beneficiaries should contact the practice before scheduling so Rebecca can determine whether the requested service can be provided through the private-pay model. Self-pay patients may receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges when applicable.
